When you come to my firm with estate planning or probate concerns, I will work to understand your family dynamics, learn more about your personality and develop a plan that reflects your unique situation. To ensure I am meeting your needs, I like to sit down in our initial appointment and discuss your needs.
Over the course of an hour and a half, we will discuss all aspects of your current situation. Please help me get to know you better by bringing with you the following information:
- Copies of deeds to real estate
- Copies of current statements for brokerage or bank accounts
- Copies of insurance policies, 401(k)s and annuities
- Names of individuals who will act as your child's guardian and will speak and act on your behalf should you become unable to manage for yourself
