Providing Estate Planning Services at Reasonable Rates

At my law office, I am pleased to provide full-service estate planning to my clients at affordable rates.

Standard Fees

• Less than $500,000 estate: $1500
• More than $500,000 estate: $1750
• More than $1,000,000 estate: $2000
• More than $2,000,000 estate: $2500

Standard fees include preparation of a grant deed for one parcel of real estate and transfer documents for ten additional assets, plus durable powers of attorney for finance, durable powers of attorney for health care decisions, physician's directive, community property agreement, certification of trust, asset list, personal property distribution directions, funeral arrangements, pour-over wills and revocable living trust.

Transfer Fees for Assets

• Additional real estate, mobile homes, corporations, partnerships, deeds of trust: $100 per asset
• Additional other assets: $50 per asset

Additional Trusts/Services

• Special needs trust: $500
• Qualified domestic trust: $500
• Second marriage/complex drafting: $500
• Insurance trust: $2000
